R 19.50 update crashes - notes

Allegedly fixed R 19.49, no love here.

Attaching PDF showing notes. Crashes on my current data file, crashes on an empty "test" file.

    Adding this: going to remove the software and go back to the working version - there is no listing in the "Apps & features" list! So now what? Will use the utilities to scrub out Quicken:
