That's what Scheduled Reminders are there for. They tell you about upcoming bills in Quicken.If you can, try to redirect the bills to be sent to your own mailbox instead of your father's. Most companies will also allow you to change to paperless billing. You get an email when a new bill is available, log on to their website and then download and print the bill at your convenience.
