If the account is a single mutual fund account, open the account, press Ctrl + Shift + E, choose No for Single mutual fund account, and select OK.
Otherwise, if there aren't any hidden placeholders transactions, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/recalculate-investment-register

No shares available for the acquired security should mean there are no shares of TD Resource held on the transaction date. If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7267839/quicken-faq-managing-placeholder-entries-in-quicken-for-windows0

"should mean there are no shares of TD Resource held on the transaction date." -- in that Quicken Account (zTD Waterhouse RIFF-465).0

In my case, the shares are in the same account at the same transaction date0
