Portfolio View Day Change Values Day Change %

Question

Anybody know why in Portfolio View Day Change Values are blank and Day Change % show as N/A ?

 Quicken 2019 R19.55.  In Portfolio/Quotes view. Column Gain/Loss is blank, column Gain/Loss% shows N/A, Column Shares is blank.

Also what version of Quicken are you running, and what is the exact name of the column with the N/A?

I assume you are referring to the "Price Day Change" column. There are several similarly named columns and we need to be sure we are talking about the same thing. If so, this appears to be a bug and I believe Development is investigating.

First make sure the problem securities do not have the little clock icon showing in the Quote/Price column. If the clock is showing, no price has been downloaded today and the Price Day Change column should be blank. Prices for mutual funds are not updated until about 7 PM Eastern time.
 
Assuming you do not have clocks, please try setting the As of date for the portfolio view one day earlier then back to the problem date. Does that make the Price Day Change column display correctly?
