How do I delete older data so I can reduce the size of my data file?

in File Conversion and Backup (Windows)
After almost 30 years, my data file is over 149M. I want to remove older data from the file to make it more workable.

    Your data file is not large but, if you really want to remove older data from the data file, I suggest you select File > File Operations > Copy...
