Running an income and expense report, I don's see detail

I click on the amount, I expect tp see dates and detail all I get is an Icon followed b a few dots no words or date. I expect to hit the plus and see the detail

  Try clicking on the gear to customize the report and on the Display tab, click on Reset Columns at the bottom right.
