Target Red Card

I had a Target red card for many years. It was hacked and a new card issued. When I did One Step Update, it downloaded the new card's transactions, but all the transactions for the old card are gone. It's the same account, just a new credit card number. I've always backed up to thumb drive on my PC, but how do I download or restore the old card's transactions?

I suggest you restore a data file backup you saved before you deleted the original account or the original account's transactions. When a new credit card is issued,
all we may need to do is deactivate and reactivate the Online Services of the account: https://www.quicken.com/support/deactivate-online-banking-services-quicken-account
