With two CC accounts, can you merge or copy paste transactions?

A CC account was closed because of fraud. I left old account active in Q. I set up a new CC account (same bank, new card, new account number). I downloaded transactions to the new account. Two things happened: On "all Tranactions" the are duplicate transactions for an overlap period of 2 months between new and old CC accounts. I need access to old account for 2019 accounting and tax purposes. I can't find how to either copy and paste Jan to Aug 2019 transactions to new account or merge account, or what?

With all cash and credit card accounts, you can simply select transactions and drag them to a different account in the left sidebar. So select the first transaction you want, scroll down to the last, Shift-Click it to select all the transactions in between, then drag the highlighted transactions to the destination account in the left sidebar.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935
