The TRANSFER OUT categories don't appear in the Current Budget Report

I have several Transfer Out Categories selected in Planning. They appear in the Planning Window, but when I run the Current Budget report they are not included which throws off the totals.

  I suggest you customize the budget report to include all transfers: open the report, press Alt + C, select the Advanced tab, select Include all in the Transfers: pull-down menu, and select OK.

  I suggest you customize the budget report to include all transfers: open the report, press Alt + C, select the Advanced tab, select Include all in the Transfers: pull-down menu, and select OK.
