CitiBank Visa card - Error Code CC-501

I'm getting the above error code when trying to add my CitiBank Visa card to my Mobile App. Is this related to all the other errors I'm seeing regarding CitiBank? I've deactivated/activated, and I've gone to citi.com/datemanagement and nothing seems to be working.

It worked and I am now able to update my citi visa on my mobile app. Thank you very much.
