What happened to the reporting?

I used to be able to see spending by tag.
Now when I go to reports I only have 8 spending reports, and none of them are spending by tags. I tried to customize one of them but no where is the tag field mentioned in the customize window?

It is my understanding the tag functionality are not provided in the Starter Edition. Otherwise, you should be able to select Reports > Spending > Itemized Tags, etc.5
