The Downloaded Transactions Tab on one of my investment accounts is missing. How do i add it.

The Downloaded Transactions Tab on one of my investment accounts is missing. How do I add it? I want all my accounts to display the same. I tried looking at editing the register display but that option isn't available with investment accounts, at least I can't find it.
