Can I setup an automatic transfer of funds from my checking/savings to my credit cards?

Automatic recurring payments via credit card can offer benefits beyond their convenience, but it is easy to forget to account for them when budgeting the available funds in my checking/savings accounts resulting in increasing debt and interest payments while still appearing to have room in the budget for other things. :|

Yes.
From the Transactions menu, choose New Scheduled Transaction. Choose the Other Bill or Income option and click Next:
Set up the reminder details as needed making sure the Category is setup as a transfer between the source and destination account. You have the option to pay the bill directly, use Bill Pay (if you use that service-I don't hence why it is gray in this screenshot, or print check.) You also have the option to Mark as Paid manually, automatically, or before:
After you setup the details, click on Next to adjust the frequency:
That is the basics. You should be able to tweak this to your specific needs.
