Why doesn't Return % YTD show at the account or view level

Why doesn't Return % YTD show at the account or view level? It's there for each security and total Return and Return % are also at both levels.

Quicken's Return (%) values are downloaded with the quote data and do not reflect your personal performance, thus they are not meaningful at the account level.

For performance periods of less than one year, I recommend you use the ROI (%) numbers.
