Online Bills do not appear on my One Step Settings. As you can see in the attached image there is an error that is at the top instructing me to the Online Bills. There is no upgrade option on the online bills page, other than the normal bills update, which sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Any way, this has been a problem with this Quicken file for a very long time. It has not changed through software updates. I have another Quicken file that works with the online bills upgrade very good. So, this must be a problem with the file.
If you haven't done
so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request
help. Let them do a screen share session
with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature
of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

I have contacted support in the past and I end up with someone that can't understand and they did not have a solution. I guess I need to be referred to an expert in the USA.

I verified the billers and it fixed my problem.
