Do you have two investment accounts, each at a different brokerage?Or do you have two accounts, one under your name, one under your spouse's name, at the same brokerage?Like I said, a little more detail would be helpful.5 -

I realize you are trying to be clear, but there are gaps in your information and presentation. I think that has given others pause in responding. I'll give it a shot.
It appears you created a new email account and have used that new email account as your username (xyz@abc.com) for accessing information through your financial institution.

Downloading from a financial institution (your one broker) gets more than prices. It is not clear what "screen" you are referring to but I would guess you now have two separate Quicken accounts for the same brokerage account, that both accounts are enabled in Quicken for downloading information from the brokerage using Quicken's one-step update (OSU) process, and those two accounts reference the username associated by Quicken to the account. Thus you might see on the OSU summary page information like:- Financial Institution - old@abc.com // 1 account updated, 0 transactions ... date and time information (possibly and old date and time)
- Financial Institution - xyz@abc.com // 1 account updated, 0 transactions ... date and time information
If all that is basically accurate, you may have made things harder on yourself by now having two accounts when one would have been better, but that is not the question you asked.
If my hypothesis is correct to address the question you asked, you need to EDIT the account details for the "old@xyz.com" account, click on the "Online Services", and "Deactivate" the online setup. That should remove that Quicken account using the old email address from the OSU process.
If my hypotheses are incorrect, please clarify the situation.

My investment accounts are with One Broker. I download my investment prices on only one company. I changed my user name and pass word because I was receiving hundreds of junk mail daily. When I download prices each day the screen shows my old user name and the new one. With the new username the broker will not accept the one I had when I made the change. I only want to remove the old one from my Quicken program.
