Why won't One Step Update recognize stock symbols?

I have been using Quicken and One Step Update for many years to track stocks and mutual funds. My last successful update was November 8, 2019. Now, when I do a One Step Update, the message reads "None of the requested securities were recognized." These are common symbols and I have been updating them for years. How can I get Quicken to recognize them?

If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-discontinuation-policy
If the connected services of the Quicken product used have been discontinued, its likely third-party quote service provider has finally closed the door.

What version are you using? They recently turned off stock quote updating for Q2012. That year must have been missed when they discontinued 2012 back in 2015. Even after Quicken 2013 was discontinued (sunsetted) April 30, 2016 we could still download quotes until around Oct. 11, 2019. Same thing happened in my 2004 version. I still got quotes for a couple years past the cutoff.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
