Capital One errors

I had a earlier issue that somehow a dividend in a Fidelity account was also added twice to the Capital One account. I deleted the 2 transactions. Now, even though my register shows the correct balance, the accounts balance tab on the left of the page now shows I have a negative balance. How do I fix this and prevent it from happening again?
