Can Quicken 2019 Windows File Open in Windows 7 & Windows 10

I trying to determine if the same Quicken 2019 file can be opened on a Windows 7 computer and a Windows 10 computer.

We may open the same Quicken file on Windows 7 and Windows 10 but not at the same time. I suggest you always access the Quicken file in a folder on an internal drive and prevent other programs from accessing the file concurrently (for example, Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive,...).
