My Quicken 2017 will not load up on my computer. Where did it go?

I just get a window that asks if I am new to Quicken or if I am upgrading and want to convert a file. What do I do to get my program and info back?

  It sounds like the program is present but the most recently opened data file isn't found.  To locate the file, I suggest you select File > Find Quicken Files...
