How do I make sure my files are NOT being backed up on-line?

I'm using Quicken Deluxe 2015. I do NOT want my financial data on Quicken's cloud service. How do I make sure my files are not being backed up on-line? I'm concerned because I now have to log-in with my e-mail address and a password.

    All Online Services for Quicken 2015 have been disabled, except the need to login, occasionally.

    You can log out and re-register your Quicken Data File, making sure Don't use Mobile is dotted when you re-register.

    Work with Copies of your Actual Quicken Data Files
