Quicken 15 - Surface Pro 3 - can't get to corner "X" on screen

Ran a customized report but now can't get back to check registry

    What happens when you click on the X at the top right corner of the report to close it?

    The X is off the screen.i changed the screen resolution minimized the size etc and I still can't get the x to show.

    Is the X at the top of the main Quicken window and other applications also not visible?
