Trying to add my wife's 401(k) account but Quicken doesn't add it.

    What version of Quicken .... Help --> About Quicken
    What company are you using for the 401k -
    Did you walk thru the Quicken Account Setup for the 401k -
    is this the task that is not working -
    OR - did you set it up ok, and it is not downloading
    OR - did you setup & download ok, but didn't receive any expected transactions
    OR - ....
