A few of my investment positions in various investment accounts will not download current prices.

A few of my investment positions will download current prices.It will not even let me enter the investment price. The share balances are accurate. So are the ticker symbols'

  If you go to Tools > Security list and find a problem security, is the Download Quotes box checked?
