Reports missing information

I have Quicken Deluxe for Windows and tried to view a report that I have used every year for taxes and none of the transactions are visible. Initially just Income and Expense was printed with lines and spaces for everything else. I found a line to widen the margain and the category names showed up, but not the dates and Payees...just spaces. So the report is 4 pages long, but mostly empty space. Can anyone help?
