Chase Visa download is missing 8 months

My Quicken is showing January 2019 for my Chase Visa and then October through present. It's missing February through September 2019. No new card, no issues. I tried setting up my password again to see if that helps and I get a message that there was a communication error and AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR (CP_ACCOUNT_NOT_FOUND:api.database.account.notfound). Please help. I need this info

    So if I was just setting up my Quicken now I wouldn't be able to go back more than 90 days?
