How do I keep unused or overspent budgets from rolling into the next budget year?

I want to zero out and not rollover from Dec 2019 to Jan 2020, but want to rollover through 2020.

To delete a year-to-year budget rollover....
Select "Annual View"
Select "Details" filters
In January, click on the link in the balance column for those categories that have the rollover icon displayed.
Edit the rollover figure
Save
Rinse and repeat for all rollover categories in your budget
Lastly, have a look and vote on this Idea that allow users an option to turn off year-to-year rollovers while preserving the month-to-month rollover.
