Backing up Quicken to USB

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I have tried backing up my file to a USB drive with no success, so I opened a new thumb drive and it still won't work. When I check the file folder on the USB, there is no file.

If you haven't already, reboot Windows.
If the issue persists, I suggest you copy a backup saved to an internal drive to the USB drive using File Explorer.
