Adding LL Bean Credit Card

Have tried for sveral days to add my LL bean Credit Card (CitiBank) and keep getting an error message saying there is a problem with the E biller and to try tomorrow. Does not work. Also reporting the problem via the Quicken app also pulls an error

    Note that I have one Citi related card that works (Brooks Brothers) and one that does not (LL Bean)
