Filtering on memo field no longer returns results in reports

I often use the memo field to filter reports so I can find transactions related to specific projects I'm working on. Up until this month I could select all accounts, all categories, etc. for a date range where I know there are transactions, and in the "Memo contains" field under the "Matching" area of the customization dialogue box. This month when using this techinique no results are being returned in the report.

I can confirm the function behaves as expected in Quicken 2020 R24.11.0
