Account deposits not showing in category report

Good afternoon,
I'm preparing my returns and notice that at least one account deposit it not showing up in the category report. Two of the three deposits to that account line are in the report. The deposit is missing from the entire report. Any suggestions on what's wrong? I'm on version 5.14.3 for mac. Thanks.

    If you're using "Category Summary" on the Reports menu, don't. It's an old report which has some bugs that cause some transactions not to show in reports. Instead, use the new reports ("Create Transaction Report" or "Create Summary Report") that use a new reports engine. I suspect that will solve your problem.
