Itemized categories will not populate information

I cannot get information to show in the itemized categories. The headers do show on the top as I went in and accessed them.

    I did reset the columns. The headings all came up but there is no information for any of the categories except the account and the amount. No description, memo, nothing! I got the Quicken disc out and it is Home & Business 2019

    Click on the gear to customize the report and then click on Reset Columns.
