Quicken 2020 and E*Trade

Hello.
I've recently subscribed to the Quicken 2020 platform. Most of my accounts seemed to setup just fine (a few glitches here and there). Though when trying to connect to E*Trade the prompts I follow just result in a window showing all my E*Trade accounts with an "Ignore" and "Unknown Account" message. The accounts are then never added. I would really appreciate it if there was a solution for this issue.

What edition level of Quicken are you using? Starter, Deluxe, Premier, Home & Business?What version of Windows are you using?Please take a look and see if this helps:
https://www.quicken.com/support/setting-account-shows-ignore-and-cannot-add-accountIf that doesn't do the trick, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
