Cannot back up to USB - how to change destination

I am trying to backup my Quicken files to a USB. However, when I open Backup, it does not give me the option to backup to a USB or DVD or CD or anything else. Just backs up to computer. It's probably something obvious that I am doing wrong, but I have not been able to resolve it myself. Anyone able to help me with this?

    What version/release of Quicken? What happens when you click the Change button to the right of the Backup file box?

    I am using QUICKEN 2017 for Home and Business. When I click the Change button to the right of the Backup File box, it brings up the list of all my back up files.
