Vault password change

My vault password doesn't work...don't know why, or how to change it. Nor is it clear where to go for help (at least on a weekend).

  If you are not able to provide the correct password to access the Password Vault, I suggest you select Tools > Password Vault > Reset.

  Click Tools and look at or near the bottom of the Drop Down Window.
  
  
  You need to reenter the Banks' information.
