2017 RPM to subscription H&B - downloaded transactions

I have been a user since 1993 and I normally only upgrade every 3 years when EOL forces me to. I seem to remember that if I have any Downloaded transactions that I have not put into my registers (I am a little behind and don't ask me how behind I am in Reconciling...), that I have to clear all those Downloaded Transactions first before backing up and upgrading versions. Can someone confirm that this is the case with upgrading to a subscription H&B? Thanks!
Since 1993 and now using subscription Win10 H&B&Rental

The data file format has been the same since QW2016, so upgrading to subscription is not going to cause the file to go through a conversion, so it should not be a problem. If it does cause an issue, you can always reinstall QW2017, restore the backup and at least finish up accepting the downloaded transactions.
-splasher using Q continuously since 1996
- Subscription Quicken - Win11 and QW2013 - Win11
