Downloaded transactions for the "money in" not appearing in a report..any help?

Which report are you using? If it's "Category Summary" midway down the Reports menu, don't use that. (Long story, but there are known bugs with that report.) Instead, use Create Transaction Report or Create Summary Report, and it will likely solve your problem.

Have you checked the settings in the report to make sure the account and the category is selected?
