How do I create a report listing last transaction of each month for a given account

Is it possible to create a List or Report, of the last transaction in a month (dependency on sort order) for a given account in a given date range?

    Can you explain what you mean by "dependency on sort order" and want to do with this report? If so we may be able to suggest a way to accomplish that.

    Yes, that last transactioof the month may be different, depending if the sort order is by Date, Order entered or, by Date/ Order entered, depending on the transaction sort order.
