Reconcile no longer shows option to "Use Statement Balance" (Q Mac)

Using Quicken 16 for Mac, trying to reconcile my account. I have always reconciled using the statement balance - never the "online balance." Today the "Use Statement Balance" option has disappeared for this account. The only option shown is to use online balance - but I never connected Quicken to any online balances. (For another account, "Use Statement Balance" still appears.) I've searched all over Quicken's "Help" but only get useless results. Can anyone help me figure out how to allow the option to reconcile using "Statement Balance"??

    Look at the reconcile window-you will see a "Back" button. Click on that and you will be able to choose Statement Balance

    Thanks - I wish I could see any sort of "Back" button in my reconcile window, but there isn't one. BTW I'm using the Mac version....
