Why Quicken 2020 installation file donot include billminder

I have upgraded from Quicken 2018 to Quicken 2020. Billminder is not included

Bill minder is no longer offered. They removed it several updates ago.

Perhaps this capability is now offered through Quicken Mobile and/or Web?QWin Premier subscription0

I have been using Quicken Deluxe since in the earlys 1980s. I have always rely on Billminders as part of my budget balances. when I start Mt Computer. It was a VERY Bad decision to remove Billminders, It makes the software ordinary. Please return Billminders to its rightfull position0

That is because the app has not been properly removed from the installation setup.
