I want to delete an entire previous set of accounts from earlier dates. I have 3 that I can choose from but I want to delete the 2 that I no longer use. I cannot find any way of doing this. Anyone any ideas?

It is unclear from your question whether you want to delete an entire Quicken file or to delete accounts from within a Quicken file.
To delete an entire Quicken file:- In Quicken with the file open, click menu File > Show "filename" in Finder
- Quit Quicken
- Back in the Finder, drag the file to the Trash
- Open Quicken
- Click menu File > Open Recent > (name of the file you are keeping)
- Click menu File > Open Recent > clear menu (after deleting all files you want to delete).
- In Quicken, select the account to delete in the sidebar
- Click menu Accounts > Delete Account
- Note that if you have any transfers to/from other accounts that you are not deleting, these will be unlinked and show as invalid transfers in the previously linked account.
