When going to file print (jane doe) why is the date box no longer popping up with new install?

I currently reloaded quicken 2011 on a new computer and now when printing a register by going to file print (jane doe) the date box that used to pop up no longer does and it prints the entire register. I can change to custom dates before selecting print (jane doe) but that adds an extra step. Anyone know how to get that date box to pop up for printing register?

    Old Quicken Patch downloads 2000+
