I recently upgraded to Quicken 2020 for Mac. I'm unable to locate an older data file I hadn't used in 2-3 years. Where do I find it to select it?

Perhaps the easiest way is to open Spotlight and type in ".quicken". You will hopefully see the file listed there.
The default location of the file depends on which version of Quicken Mac you were using. If you were using Quicken Mac 2015-2017, the file can be found at Users > (username) > Library > Application Support > Quicken 20xx > Documents, where "xx" is the last two digits of the Quicken year. For current subscription Quicken, eliminate the " 20xx".
If you were using an even earlier version of Quicken, let us know.Quicken Mac Subscription; Quicken Mac user since the early 90s6
