New Subscription based costing.

I received a notice my 2017 Quicken will no longer download bank transactions after April 30. The fee structure will change to subscription with an annual fee.

    And, you agreed to Q's  Discontinuation Policy when you installed QM2017.  Q wouldn't have installed had you not agreed.
