Does the 2020 Quicken Deluxe Version have the Lifetime Planner

Being forced to upgrade to the subscription version of Quicken to download my investments. I use the lifetime planner and am wondering if it is available in the deluxe version or whether I should order the premier? Currently I own 2017 Premier.

    Yes - the Deluxe version has it...
    1. Click the Planning tab.
    2. Click the Lifetime Planner button.
    3. Click Options and then choose Review or change plan assumptions
