Missing bill reminders after upgrade

Just upgraded to subscription from 2017 and all my bill reminders are gone. Where are they and can I get them back?

You need to fiddle with the settings a bit. There are multiple views depending on what you select in the 3 selection windows on the top left.
But first, please select the gear icon at the top right of the view and click to put a checkmark next to "Combine Bills, Income & Transfer".5

The Quicken data file you are looking at with the new Quicken version, does it contain all the accounts and all the transactions?
Do you use Quicken Mac or Quicken for Windows? US or Canadian version?
What version, edition level and release of Quicken are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?
Are the account balances correct?
Where, exactly, are you looking for your bill reminders? e.g., Tools / Manage Bill and Income Reminders, or the Bills & Income tab?

I am using Quicken Deluxe for Windows US version on Windows 10 desktop PC. My existing file seems to have imported ok and appears to show all accounts and transactions. I used to be able to see all my bills and income in a stacked view when I went to the bills and income tab at the top. Now I only see my income reminders.0
