Getting an error downloading transactions from IQ Credit Union. Even though the transactions are being downloaded. I reset the account, which allowed me to remap my accounts. Ran one-step update, and got the same error messages (Quicken is unable to complete your request). This has been going on for a month now

    After resetting few times, I'm now getting error [OL-221-A. I'd appreciate assistance from Quicken support team.

    Thank you for taking the time to post your issue to the Community, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.

    Please take a moment and review the information available here.

    To determine what next steps need to be taken. To do this, go to Tools > Account List, find the affected account(s), and confirm the connection type in parentheses in the Transaction Download column. 

    • Direct Connect and Web Connect - You will need to contact your financial institution to resolve this issue. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to correct the problem. This may require you ask to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution. If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with the financial institution may be necessary. 

    • Express Web Connect - Please contact Quicken Support for further assistance.
