Quicken Crashes Every time I update my accounts

I see the notice about the Canadian windows version. But I am uses the US version. It also does this screen flicker thing where it will expand to the full bounds of my screen, even over the task bar. and all characters will be distorted. It does annoy the crap out of my OCD.

Currently I am on R25.21 build 27.1.25.21
