How do I get my registry to print up in categories ???? I used to be able to do it but now I can‘t.

Which report are you talking about?  Tax Schedule?  Tax Summary?

Also, when you pull up the report, before printing, are you seeing the categories in the report?  If not, click on the Gear icon at the top right of the report to bring up the Customize popup.  On the Display tab click on "Reset Columns" and then click "OK".  Sometimes when adding a category or an account to a report, the columns stop showing up in the report and resetting the columns will fix it.
