no right scroll bar on uncatagorized transactions - Quicken Deluxe 2020

I am using a Microsoft Surface and have had to change the display to 175% for readability.
The Uncatagorized Transaction screen does not have a scroll bar so I have to change the display settings or GUESS which ones. There should be a scroll bar on all screens!

    Also the Spending screen has no right scroll bar

    I'm not sure what you screen you are referring to with "Uncategorized Transaction", you might want to explain that a bit more.  On the Spending screen there is a scrollbar for the "register" part of that screen.  If you aren't seeing that, then this might be a Windows scaling problem.  Given all the different GUI APIs and such Windows in general has a problem getting all the windows to scale properly and basically these problems have to be identified and worked on on a screen by screen basis.  There are also different modes that sometimes can be used to workaround such problems.
